About
Specially designed for adults and older learners, Silver Swans ballet classes will help improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels. Classes are open to people of all ages and abilities.
Research also often puts dance ahead of other physical activities in the variety of health benefits that it brings. Ballet and dance are also very social activities and Silver Swans classes can be great places to meet new people with a passion and joy for life.

I am a mature student who has only ever really danced as an adult and, most would say, with a first rate RAD teacher. And yet, SO much learned with Alice’s well paced classes & sound technique based teaching. I have rarely concentrated so hard or felt so good / exhausted afterwards! Always friendly, relaxed and cheerful, Alice has a great way with her students. HIGHLY recommended.

Ballet is something I had been missing deep down in my soul for many years. I decided to take the plunge and try a class and I'm so glad I did. Alice is a wonderful teacher. As soon as that beautiful music started and the first barre exercise was complete, I knew ballet was once again an important part of my life. I'm very grateful to Silver Swans with Alice for reigniting my love of ballet.
